Talib Kweli Self Directs Music Video For "High Life"

Collecting footage from his visit to South Africa, Talib Kweli directed the newest video off of his upcoming album, Prisoner of Conscious. You get an inside look of practices before shows, candid looks at their artistry, them goofing off, and actual show footage. This song always brings me back to Fela Kuti and his Africa 70 band. I’m sure Talib wouldn’t mind that connection.
