Get excited. Daft Punk has a new album coming.
After debuting an initial teaser of the single at Coachella, and a second one during a commercial break on Saturday Night Live, the French electronic production duo Daft Punk finally released the first single off their upcoming album, Random Access Memories. The Pharrell-assisted track also features guitars by Nile Rodgers, and Pharrell is also set to make another appearance on the album, on the sixth track “Lose Yourself To Dance”.
According to rumors, none other than Kanye West is said to have been in the studio with Daft Punk working on new music either for his upcoming album or RAM. This could serve as another smash hit, as the last time Kanye and Punk linked up, they ended up at #1 on the Billboard charts.
