Barry Sanders Wins Madden 25 Cover Voting, Defeated Adrian Peterson

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the most popular spots game to date and the man on the cover will be (drum roll)…Barry Sanders. Detroit Lions legend Barry Sanders defeated Viking Adrian Peterson in the final round of voting, Sanders ran away (pun intended) with the competition collecting 58% of the vote.
This also marks the first time that two players from the same team got back to back covers. If you bought the game this year you would have noticed that Calvin Johnson was on the cover.
Hey Viking and Adrian Peterson fans look on the bright side at least he’s free of the Madden curse, if that is still a “thing.”
Madden 25 will be released on August 27th.
