Big Sean speaks on the importance of family, both biological and musical, in his new vlog.
In the newest installment of Big Sean’s vlog series, the Detroit-bred G.O.O.D. Music MC reflects on his rise to the top and what it took to get there. He emphasizes the importance of having a strong support system to hold you down on your journey to success. He also offers some advice to his younger self:
“If I could go back now and tell myself anything, it’s that nothing ever comes out of fear or negativity. You can’t expect the best if you’re not at your best, or feel your best…that’s just the law of the world.
And if you imagine how it feels to be doing everything you want, and everything you dreamed…and you know and accept it’s coming…pay attention to how that feels. Pay attention to how you feel then. Cause when you know what you want is on the way, that’s the first step to creating the world you want.”
